Trained as a Registered Nurse at Auckland University, Emma has over 15 years' experience in general practice in Auckland.

In addition to her work as a nurse, Emma has also completed studies in chronic disease management and mental health, but enjoys the variety of work that general practice offers.

Having recently left the bustle of Auckland to pursue a semi-rural lifestyle, she enjoys spending time exploring Auckland's many beaches with her husband, three young children and their family dog, Reggie.
