Theresa is one of New Zealand's leading businesswomen, an author and philanthropist. In her CEO role at Telecom, she became the first woman to lead a large-scale New Zealand public company.
In 2012, alongside James and Cecilia, Theresa co-founded My Food Bag, creating the meal kit category in New Zealand. Theresa has been Chair of AIA Australia, Australia’s largest Group Life Insurance company, since 2010. Theresa was also instrumental in bringing SheEO to New Zealand - supporting, financing and celebrating female entrepreneurs.
