1. Click 'Book appointment' on the homepage of the app
2. Select the patient who needs care
3. Choose whether you want a standard consultation or a medical service
4. Choose the location you want this to take place either online or at a clinic near you
5. Select your preferred clinician, date and time
6. Describe any symptoms you may be experiencing
7. Confirm your appointment
